Facebook / Instagram Gmail / Google Business accounts

Account recovery without the chaos

If your account is hacked, disabled, or you've lost access – I help you organise the situation and take the right steps to maximise the chance of recovery.

Important: the final recovery decision is made by the platforms (e.g. Meta/Google), so a specific outcome is not guaranteed. Payment is for analysis, actions and time spent.

Common situations we handle

Recognize your situation? We can help.

  • Instagram hacked – email or phone changed
  • Facebook access lost
  • Google account takeover
  • Suspicious logins or activity
  • Account disabled or restricted
  • Business page or ad account issues

Transparent process

Transparent process
I clearly explain what we do, what we don't do, and why.
Reducing critical mistakes
I help you avoid actions that often make the situation worse.
Focus on results
Actions are chosen based on your case, not a template.

What you get

A clear plan
What to do now, what to do later, and what to avoid.
Situation diagnosis
I assess the likely cause and recovery path.
Structured steps
Forms, requests, steps – according to your case and platform rules.
Post-recovery security recommendations
So the situation doesn't repeat (2FA, recovery, sessions, etc.).
If the case requires logging into the account (e.g. for security setup), this is done separately by prior agreement and as a separate service.

How recovery works

Each case is different, but the process has structure to minimise errors and maximise clarity.

Report / form
You fill in the form with the most important information (what happened, when, which platform, what signs).
Diagnosis
I assess the risks and recovery path: whether it's takeover, blocking, 2FA issue, etc.
Case-specific actions
The necessary steps are prepared and provided (e.g. appeal / support requests), communication is coordinated.
Next steps plan
After the situation – a clear plan for prevention and security. If you want priority in future – a membership fits.

What I need from you

The more accurate the information – the faster and more precisely we can act.

Account identification
Link / ID / username, related emails or phones (if known).
What and when it happened
When you noticed the problem, what signs (emails, messages, changes).
Evidence (if you have it)
Screenshots, emails, platform messages, ad charges, etc.
Contact for follow-up
Email that can be safely used to contact you about the case (not from the compromised account).
I use the information provided only for service delivery. More – in the Privacy Policy.

FAQ

Short answers to the most common questions.

Do you guarantee that the account will be recovered?
No. The final recovery decision is made by the platforms. I guarantee a structured attempt, case-specific actions and a clear process.
Do I need to provide login details?
Usually – no. For account recovery, information needed to identify the case is generally enough. Logins are only needed when ordering a separate service – "Security setup (A–Z)".
How long does it take?
Depends on the case and platform response. Some cases move quickly, others take longer. In critical cases, starting as soon as possible is most important.
Are you a Meta/Google representative?
No. RelyShield is an independent service. Actions are based on practice, process management and recommendations.
Which platforms do you work with?
Most often: Facebook and Instagram. Also: Gmail / Google (including business accounts) and TikTok when there's a realistic solution path.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is made via Stripe – only after you submit the form and agree to the terms. You pay for analysis, actions and time, not for a promise.
My Facebook account was hacked. What should I do first?
First, do not click suspicious links or share codes with anyone. Check your linked email for notifications about changes. If you still have email access, try to secure your email first (change password, enable 2FA). Then report the case – the sooner we start, the better the chances.
My Instagram account was hacked and the email was changed. Can you still help?
Yes, this is one of the most common cases. Even when the attacker changes the email, there are structured recovery paths through identity verification and platform support. The key is to act quickly and not attempt random recovery methods that could make things worse.
Can you recover a disabled Facebook Business Page or Ads account?
In many cases – yes. Business Page, Business Manager and Ads account recovery follows a different path than personal accounts. It typically involves verifying business identity and submitting structured appeals. Results depend on the reason for restriction and available documentation.
What happens if the recovery is not successful?
The final decision always belongs to the platform (Meta, Google, etc.). If recovery is not possible, you receive a clear explanation of what was done, why it didn't work, and recommendations for next steps – including how to secure remaining accounts and prevent future incidents.
