Yes – you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation, you retain access to all plan benefits until the end of the already paid period. No extra charges or penalties apply.

PROTECT – for active users: everything in PEACE, plus more SOS activations, an included monthly consultation, one included yearly security setup, and higher priority.

The service continuously checks whether your email addresses have appeared in known data breaches. If a risk is detected, you receive an alert and clear next steps. PEACE monitors 1 email address, PROTECT up to 3, and PRIORITY up to 10.

All payments are processed through Stripe – a global leader in secure payments. RelyShield does not store any of your card details. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the Stripe customer portal, accessible directly from your account.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time from the settings section of your account dashboard. The price difference is calculated automatically on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period.

If an incident has already occurred, the best step is to reach out immediately through the account recovery form or book a consultation. A subscription is not required to get initial help – it grants priority service and long-term protection.

There is currently no separate free trial. However, since you can cancel at any time without penalty, the first month effectively serves as a low-risk opportunity to evaluate the service with no long-term commitment.
